I have stayed with Julio a couple times and plan to return again in the coming months. He takes very good care of his tenants and goes above and beyond in my opinion! He is also a great person and friend. The location is prime in that it’s only a few minutes from the hospital and has access to a huge park right across the street. I have always felt safe in Julio’s properties. I definitely recommend his housing!

Stayed here for all my core roations, and then for my prelim year if residency. Only reason I left is because of my advanced program was in Brooklyn. Staying here gave me peace of mind. It was sinple and close to the hospital, D train, and 4 train.

If you doing Clinical Rotations, or doing residency @ BronxCare hospital, I recommend AUC stay. It is less than 5 min walk to hospital. I could use that extra time to relax, sleep or even to study! The rent is also affordable and competitive. All other tenants get along everywell! Our Landlord Julio is great. If we have any trouble or issue, he looks into it right away and fix within 24 hours.

This is a good place to stay if you’re doing rotations at Bronxcare. With the hospital just down the street you’ll never be late. The B, D, and 4 trains are nearby and make traveling to Manhattan super easy. There’s a nearby grocery store for the essentials and a laundromat.

If you have rotation at Bronxcare, I highly recommend Julio. His apartment is only 5 min walk to the hospital. I had my surgery rotation here and the 5 min commute made a huge difference for me. If you have questions, feel free to contact me with questions. Stay safe out there guys!

I stayed here for a 6 week period during covid-19. Julio was amazing and the location was very close to Bronxcare. I felt safe walking to work and through out the neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and other student roommate was very kind. Highly recommend staying!

I enjoyed my stay here! Julio is very accommodating and flexible! I stayed here for a year as a medical student from AUC when I had rotations at BronxCare which is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Also conveniently close to the B&D trains and a couple more blocks to the 4 train to get to Manhattan. My room was cozy with a bed, desk, closet, tv, and a/c unit. Water, wifi, and electric were included. All of my roommates were from AUC. If you have rotations at BronxCare, I recommend staying here.
